A MUSSELBURGH resident has been admonished after he admitted failing to comply with a court bail order.
Grant Marshall was arrested by police following an alleged incident at Drummohr Gardens in Wallyford on June 30 last year.
Marshall was claimed to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, repeatedly banged on a door and uttered threats of violence at a property in the street.
Following his arrest, it was found that the 38-year-old had breached bail conditions banning him from entering the street which had been imposed at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on September 21, 2021.
Marshall appeared at the Capital court last Friday, where he had not guilty pleas accepted by the Crown to the charges of striking the door and shouting threats of violence.
But he did plead guilty to the charge of failing to comply with the bail conditions by entering the residential street in Wallyford when he should not have.
Sheriff John Cook admonished Marshall on the charge.
