Volunteer sheep checkers are being sought at Barns Ness to count and check the general health of the sheep.
No experience is required, with tasks expected to take no more than two hours.
An East Lothian Countryside Rangers spokesperson said: “Do you have some spare time to help us look after our woolly friends at Barns Ness over winter?
“You don’t need any previous experience, just an ability to count and check the general health of the sheep. It would take no more than two hours to do the checks so it can work around your existing commitments.”
Anyone interested should contact Dave Wild, countryside officer, at dwild@eastlothian.gov.uk or on 01620 827827 for more information.
