The chance to become a school crossing patrol guide has been advertised by East Lothian Council.
Two opportunities have arisen in North Berwick and Macmerry for those wanting to help children and families on their way to school.
The North Berwick role would be located at the crossroads of Law Road, Clifford Road and St Baldred’s Road.
The Macmerry position will be outside the primary school.
An East Lothian Council spokesperson said: “We require school crossing patrol guides at North Berwick (at the crossroads of Law Road/Clifford Road/St Baldred’s Road) and Macmerry to help children and families cross safely on school journeys.”
