Trains between North Berwick and Edinburgh are running again following disruption caused by a power transmission line collapsing on the track near East Linton.
Network Rail was forced to close the East Coast Main Line at about 11.45am this morning after a transmission above the track collapsed near East Linton.
Trains on the network were cancelled as a result.
The rail service has now confirmed that the fallen domestic power cable has been removed and trains are now running again.
A spokesperson for Network Rail said: “We've now removed the fallen domestic power cable from our overhead electricity lines for trains at East Linton and trains are able to run normally.”
