Royal British Legion, Prestonpans
The next meeting of East Lothian Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club will take place on Saturday at the Royal British Legion, Prestonpans.
The club allows members of the armed forces family to meet face to face in a relaxed safe and social environment.
People can come along to enjoy breakfast with others who have similar shared experiences, which can help, says the club, combat the loneliness that some veterans feel when they leave the services.
There are no fees and people only pay for their own breakfast.
The sessions are open to all members of the armed forces family. Those interested should be seated for 9.30am. For more details, call 07912859976.
