A 'scam van' has been out and about in towns across the county offering advice to locals on how to avoid being scammed.
Police Scotland officers visited Haddington, Dunbar and North Berwick in the colourful van yesterday highlighting the #ShutOutScammers campaign.
The campaign aims to highlight scams and teach people how to best spot and avoid scams in various forms.
The van was expected to be in the Musselburgh area today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Information and advice were given to people about various different scams and how to prevent becoming a victim of them.
"Look out for the scam van in the Musselburgh end of the county today!"
