The cupboard inside the toilets was severely vandalised
Gifford’s public toilets have been closed after being vandalised on Saturday.
A cupboard door has been severely vandalised, and some tiles have been broken off of the wall inside.
East Lothian Council has closed the facilities while repairs are carried out.
An East Lothian Council spokesperson said: “Unfortunately the public toilets at Gifford are closed due to vandalism.
“There was damage to a cupboard door and some tiles broken off the wall. This occurred on Saturday.
“Arrangements for repairs will be made as soon as possible.”
