A POPULAR snack van could be in place in a busy layby for another three years.
Angela’s Kitchen – Belter’s Snacks got the go-ahead to be based in the layby off the A198, south of Port Seton’s Fishergate Road, in November 2020, with temporary planning permission due to run out later this year.
