TWO of Scotland’s leading chefs are joining forces to launch a series of seasonal celebrations showcasing Scotland’s natural larder.

Michelin star chef owner Tom Kitchin and Dominic Jack, Kitchin Group chef director, are hosting four exclusive dining events throughout the year, each celebrating the arrival of a new season.

Menus will be designed to take guests on a journey through Scotland.

The events will be hosted by chef Kitchin and chef Jack in the private dining room of The Bonnie Badger in Gullane, and will begin with a welcome drink and introduction from the two chefs and friends, followed by an intimate four-course dinner.

The quartet of events offers an opportunity for guests to learn about the Scottish seasons and the provenance of the local produce from the two chefs.

The first event – a celebration of spring – takes place on April 21.

A summer celebration is held on June 21 before a celebration of autumn on October 13. The series is rounded off on January 26 with a celebration of Scotland’s winter.

The events begin from 7pm, with bookings at £95 per person for a welcome drink, a four-course menu and a chance to meet the chefs.

The duo met as 16-year-olds when working at Gleneagles when starting out on their culinary careers.
