A FARM worker who behaved in a threatening manner during an incident in Prestonpans has been admonished.
Daniel Carswell, of Kirklandhill, near West Barns, turned up at the property at Redburn Road and was seen to be shouting and striking out at a door.
The 34-year-old was arrested and charged following the outburst and he had previously appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court to admit his guilt.
Carswell was back in the dock for sentencing last Monday, where the court heard that there had been “no further issues” and he had adhered to all the bail conditions imposed on him.
Sheriff Mackie was told he was in regular contact with his GP and decided to hand out an admonition.
Carswell pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a home at Redburn Road, Prestonpans, on March 12 last year.
