SKILFUL footballers are strutting their stuff in style thanks to a generous sponsor.
Dunbar Colts 2009s have enjoyed an impressive campaign in the South East Region Under-14s First Division.
Now, they have been backed by housebuilder Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, who are building homes in the town.
Scott Maxwell, head coach for Dunbar Colts 2009s, said: “We’re thrilled to have received this helpful donation from Taylor Wimpey East Scotland to allow us to provide a full away kit for each one of our players, and we are so grateful for their support of initiatives like ours in the local community.
“Our team works hard all year, regardless of the weather.
"They continue to develop their skills, striving to do well in every match.
“Having a new strip to play our away matches will contribute to our professional approach to every game as we represent our town.”
Kirsty McGill, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “Our donation has given a helping hand to a progressive community football team that is providing a great opportunity for young people to lead a healthy lifestyle, and we hope their new strips bring them lots of success at future away matches.”
