PENALTY points have been placed on a motorist’s licence after he was caught behind the wheel with no valid insurance.
Christopher Craigie, of Prestonpans High Street, was caught driving without the appropriate documentation at Woodburn Road in Dalkeith on October 1, 2021.
Craigie admitted the offence when he appeared in the dock at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last week.
Sheriff Chris Dickson fined him £320 and placed six penalty points on his driving licence.
