A 'winter wonderland' has been cancelled following a mountain of negative feedback from visitors who had described it as an "absolute shambles".
Enchanted Balgone, a Christmas-themed event run by Enchanted Festivals, had been running at Balgone Estate, south of North Berwick, since the start of December.
It had offered revellers funfair rides, Christmas activities, local food and drink, as well as a light trail through the grounds of the estate.
The event was due to run until December 23 but organisers have decided to cancel the event after hundreds of disappointed guests took to social media to leave unfavourable reviews.

Organisers have since thanked those who came along and apologised to those who did not enjoy the experience.
Additionally, they have confirmed that refunds will be issued automatically.
A spokesperson for Enchanted Festivals said: "We are sad to announce the cancellation of Enchanted Balgone following disappointing feedback from some visitors.
"Our vision was to create a family-friendly Christmas experience in a stunning rural setting and while much of the event was wonderful, there were some shortfalls that we do not feel confident that we can address before the event this weekend.
"We would like to thank those who have attended and apologise to customers who will be disappointed by the cancellation, please be assured it was a difficult decision.
"Refunds will be issued automatically. Have a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones."
