This year's Tranent Gala was a great success
YOUNGSTERS wishing to be put forward for roles in the 2023 Tranent Gala should register to do so at the Loch Centre on Saturday.
Gala court registration will be open from 10am until noon.
The roles and and ages are as follows: P1 girls fairies, P3 girls flower girls, P3 boys page boys, P7 girls queen and maids, P7 boys consort and heralds.
Children do not have to be present for registration as it can be completed by parents.
This year’s Tranent Children’s Gala Day took place on June 5 and was a great success.
Next year’s gala day will take place on Sunday, June 4.
