Alex Hodgson and Friends will be making a special appearance filled with music and dance at Prestonpans Community Centre in November.
The well-known musician was born and raised in the town, becoming an acclaimed Scottish folk singer and songwriter who used the town’s rich history and culture to inspire much of his music.
He has also been a two-time winner of Burnsong, an international songwriting competition that celebrates the works of Robert Burns.
The event will see Mr Hodgson and friends play a variety of favourites, with visitors encouraged to get up and dance and sing along.
The event takes place on Thursday, November 10, between 2pm and 4pm; tea, coffee and refreshments will be available.
Tickets are £5 and available from staff at the centre.
