UNDEFEATED boxing world champion Josh Taylor is returning to his home town to meet his fans.
A meet and greet event is being held with the IBF and WBO light-welterweight champion at Royal Musselburgh Golf Club in Prestonpans.
Taylor grew up in the town and attended Preston Lodge High School before moving to Haddington.
Fans will get the chance to take home a professional photograph souvenir, while there will also be a question and answer session.
A two-course meal will also be served at the event on January 15.
Taylor, 31, won gold at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 before turning professional.
He won his first world title in his 15th bout when he took a points decision against Ivan Baranchyk in November 2018.
Taylor followed that up by winning the WBA title with a points decision over Regis Prograis.
The county fighter then unified the division with a victory in Las Vegas against Jose Carlos Ramirez in May 2021.
He has since vacated the WBC and WBA titles and looks set for a rematch with Jack Catterall, who he defeated on points in February.
