The county was visited by a historic locomotive as the British India Line steamed past on Friday evening.
The 35018 British India Line steam train dates back to 1945 and travelled through Longniddry Train Station to the amazement of local trainspotters.
In 2017 the train was restored and has been in active service along the West Coast Main Line ever since.
The train recently made its very first trip to Scotland in March as part of the 'Edinburgh Flyer' route from Preston to the capital.
It is now scheduled to travel across Scotland this week, completing its journey in Inverness.
