WEEHAILES adventure playpark at historic Newhailes House and Gardens in Musselburgh is set to reopen to visitors in time for the half term holiday, which starts next Friday (February 11).
The family attraction, at the National Trust for Scotland site, has been closed for the winter during which some "essential maintenance" has been carried out.
New play equipment has also been added such as a basket and hammock, swings, traditional swings, seesaw, an activity tower with chute, spinners and a magpost (a big magnifying glass).
"We’ve been busy making some exciting new additions to Weehailes and we can’t wait to share them with visitors soon," said a trust spokesperson.
