A PRESTONPANS man has been admonished after admitting breaching an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO).
Michael McKenzie, Fowlers Court, was handed the ASBO on November 14, 2019, which banned him from playing his TV, radio, computer or musical instruments at excessive volume.
The order was imposed by a sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court following noise complaints from neighbours.
But the 26-year-old was found to have breached the order by playing music at excessive volume at the property on April 17 last year.
He was not present at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Thursday but Sheriff Adrian Cottam said he was content to admonish him in his absence after hearing he had been of good behaviour.
