A DUNBAR man has been fined after he pleaded guilty to conducting himself in a disorderly manner.
Daryl Kitt, 27, has been told he must pay a fine of £100 following an incident on High Street in East Linton.
Kitt, of Garrison Green, admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and swearing on February 26.
Co-accused Lee Thomson, of Brown’s Place, East Linton, was not present at last Wednesday’s court hearing but had his not guilty plea accepted in his absence.
Thomson, 31, had been alleged to have recklessly damaged a vehicle by kicking it near his home on the same date.
