A MALE driver was stopped for driving without insurance in Prestonpans on Friday.
A 35-year-old male was stopped on High Street in Prestonpans by community officers on mobile patrol for driving a motor car without valid insurance.
The offence carries a minimum punishment of a £300 fine and a six point endorsement on your driving licence.
