A MOPED was damaged and a bike stolen near North Berwick Railway Station.
Details of both incidents were included in a report by the town’s new community police officers Douglas Kerr and Marco Crolla that was sent to North Berwick Community Council ahead of its meeting last Tuesday.
The first incident, which took place on June 1, saw the moped damaged while it was parked on a nearby street.
Details were taken and enquiries are ongoing.
Less than two weeks later, on June 12, a trek bike was then stolen from the train station.
The incident is being reported to the British Transport Police.
