THERE will be no ScotRail trains operating in East Lothian on Sundays in July due to ongoing strike action.
Over the past few months there has been ongoing strike action by members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) over a pay dispute.
LNER and Cross Country services will continue to run to and from Dunbar but all other services, including between North Berwick and Edinburgh, will be cancelled.
They are expected to remain cancelled and staff be on strike until at least July 25.
The strike action means there will be no trains stopping at Musselburgh, Wallyford, Prestonpans, Longniddry, Drem or North Berwick on every Sunday this month.

The only services that are running are in the west of Scotland, the only train from Edinburgh is from Haymarket to Helensburgh.
Those who are affected can use their ticket they day before or after the strike action or seek a refund.
ScotRail also issued a reminder to customers that they cannot travel on other operators’ services, including LNER, if their ticket is only valid for ScotRail services.
Those travelling with LNER will not only need a valid ticket but also a seat reservation.
