A PRESTONPANS man has been placed on the sex offenders' register after admitting possessing indecent images of children.
Liam Cullen, 24, was caught at his former home with the pictures.
Cullen, who is currently living in Southwark, London, pleaded guilty to the offence, committed over a three-year period, when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Thursday.
Sheriff Kenneth Campbell QC placed him on the sex offenders' register for a term still to be determined and deferred sentence to June 3.
Cullen admitted possessing indecent images of children at an address in Prestonpans between July 18, 2015, and August 13, 2018.
