A HADDINGTON man has been ordered to carry out unpaid work in the community after admitting twice breaching bail conditions.
Christopher Crosbie, 37, was placed on bail in relation to a separate matter at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on February 21 last year with the special condition not to contact or approach Keith and Olivia Colgan.
Crosbie, of Hawthornbank Road, breached the order by shouting at the couple at Beechwood Road on May 4 last year.
He then failed to comply with the order for a second time when he approached both complainers at Station Road on May 26 last year.
Crosbie pleaded guilty to both offences during an appearance at the court last week.
Sheriff John Cook sentenced Crosbie to carry out a total of 80 hours of unpaid work as punishment for both breaches.
