A WORRIED restaurant boss took a video of a large group of people standing close together outside a Musselburgh pub and said: "This is how we fight coronavirus in the UK".
A fire alarm is thought to have led to scores of Wetherspoon's pub-goers having to temporarily leave the town's David Macbeth Moir pub, on Bridge Street, at the weekend.
But their apparent disregard for Scottish Government social distancing rules led to concerned Eugene Lee, manager of neighbouring Lanna Thai restaurant, to upload a video of the gathering on social media.
Mr Lee posted on Saturday evening that he apologised if anyone in the video was offended by his decision to make it public; it has since been shared more than 340 times on Facebook and resulted in more than 250 online comments.
