A MAN will appear in court in connection with an alleged assault at Tranent’s Asda store.
Police Scotland told the Courier that a 33-year-old man had been arrested and charged in relation to the alleged incident, which took place at about 12.55pm on Monday.
A spokesman for the police said: “A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear in court at a later date.”
