I am sad to announce the death of my mum Pauline Gillies who passed away peacefully in hospital on the 4.11.24 surrounded by close family. Pauline will always be remembered by her much loved daughter, son-in-law and adored grandson. She will also be missed by all who knew her, friends and the members of the local community whose lives she touched. She lived a life full of adventure. Her determined attitude, empathy and strong sense of justice allowed her to pour all the love she had into her students, friends, family, local community and charity. A committal will be held at 2:30pm at Binning Wood Cemetery on Friday 29th November 2024 followed by a service at 3:15pm at the Open Arms Hotel in Dirleton.
