FORTE Joe (Haddington) It is with deep sadness we announce that Joe passed away peacefully on Monday, 2nd September, 2024, in East Lothian Community Hospital, aged 65, after a long illness. Joe, son of the late Gaio and Cissie, dearly loved by his wife Norma, much loved brother of Bridget, son-in-law of Jean, brother-in-law of Linda, George and John, uncle and great uncle, cousin and a good friend to all those who knew him. A service will be held in St Mary's Parish Church, Haddington on Friday, 13th September at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. A collection will be taken in aid of Ward 2 ELCH and Dementia UK.

He was always so helpful and kind. Was very patient when looking at shoes and coats in his shop. Still have my jacket and my late husband’s that we bought from him.
