BAILLIE Frances (nee Rowan) (Prestonpans) Died peacefully at Crookston Care Home on Wed the 20th Sept 2023. Wife to the late Arthur Baillie and much loved mum to June and Stuart, mother-in-law to Colin and Lynne. Sister to Jean and Tommy, sister-in-law to Dennis and Diane. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 10th Oct at 1pm, at Seafield Crematorium, to which all are welcome to attend. Family flowers only.
