TURNBULL Claire Barbara Rio Branco (Longniddry) Claire was born in Stockholm, Sweden on 13 April 1944, beloved daughter of old Fettesian Ronald Bruce Turnbull (Special Operations Executive) and Maria Thereza do Rio Branco, daughter of the Brazilian Ambassador. Her passing on Tuesday 21st February at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary is mourned by her brother Michael and her five siblings in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A service will take place at Mortonhall Main Chapel on March 28th, 2023, at 12 noon to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please. A retiring voluntary collection will be taken in aid of Alzheimer Scotland.
