AITKEN Ronald T Ronnie passed away on Wednesday 6 June aged 91 years in Crosby, Liverpool. He was born and lived in Musselburgh, spending 25 years with Save the Children Fund and awarded an MBE for his work at Niddrie Adventure Playground. He leaves wife of 65 years Ella, children Judith and Alex (Joanne passed in 1969) and his grandchildren Joe, Reuben and Ava. His creative spirit was full of laughs and we will all miss him. Service to happen later in the year, donations to Versus Arthritis (formerly Arthritis Care).
