TAIT David Alexander Craig (Dunbar / Haddington) The family regret to announce the very sad death of Dave, aged 55, on Monday 16th May 2022. Soulmate and best friend of wife Lynda and much loved brother of Susan. A greatly valued friend to many - rock on Dave! A celebration of Dave's life will take place on Thursday 26 May at 2.30pm at The Maitlandfield House Hotel, Haddington, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only, there will be a collection on the day or donations may be sent directly to RSPB.

In fond remembrance of Dave Tait, husband of Lynda, brother to Susan, and treasured friend since 1996. You have become 'honorary Shetlanders', thanks to your love of the place that I call home, nurtured and strengthened by your visits over the years. We will miss you Dave, but whenever I look around Bressay, and Shetland; the places you visited, and the wildlife we saw and took photos of, I'd like to think that you'll see them still, and smile. I will treasure the memories of the times we all had. The bonds of friendship, in this case, are long lasting. "Thank you for being a friend". Continuing condolences and support to Lynda, Susan, and all other family and friends.
