GOODALL. - (Haddington) Mary and family were overwhelmed by the number of family and friends who attended the Committal Service at Mortonhall (for family) and the Service of Remembrance at Haddington West Church. So many kind offers of support, held and sympathy were received which will be a comfort for years to come. Much appreciation is given to the team at Wood & Hay, Funeral Directors, for their professional efficiency and thoroughness. Special thanks go the the Rev J Vischer for conducting both services in a genuine, caring and meaningful manner. Mary would like to thank Ruth at ‘Sweet Pea’ for so imaginatively creating the floral tribute formed as a fouled anchor, and also for the table centres at the Maitlandfield Hotel. Finally, Mary would like to mention the Maitlandfield Hotel for diligently carrying out her request for the cold buffet. Retiral donations for East Lothian Macmillan Care amounted to £480.20.
