LESLIE. - Lew and Margaret. Suddenly at Roodlands Hospital on the 13th August 2009, Lew, aged 83 and on the 31st August at E. R.I. his beloved wife, Margaret, also aged 83. A joint funeral service has taken place at Mortonhall Crematorium. The family would like to thank most sincerely all those who have supported and assisted them with such care and compassion at this difficult time. In particular, the police, all the emergency services, doctors and nurses of the A & E department and acute stroke unit RIE, Gullane medical practice and Roodlands Hospital. Special thanks to Rev. C. Mc Auley and Jill at Buchanan and Hogg, friends, family and Lew - s jazz friends for many messages of support and sympathy.
