East Lothian Council (U230 Ugston Road) (Redetermination of means of exercise of public right of passage) Order 2016

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 152(2) and part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Roads Scotland Act 1984, to redetermine the U230 Ugston Road as a cycle track, the right of passage being exercisable on pedal cycle and foot only. A copy of the proposed Order, Schedules, plans showing the extentofthe restrictions and the statementofreasonsfor making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council's website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 3 October to Friday 11 November 2016 during normal office hours.
Anyperson maybeforeexpiryofthe period noted above object to the making of the Order.
