POLICE have seized a vehicle after the driver was found to have allegedly had no insurance for more than a year.
Dunbar Roads Police took to social media to highlight that they had stopped a Citroen C2 in Musselburgh yesterday evening (Thursday).
A spokesperson for Police Scotland encouraged people to make sure their vehicle was insured.
They said: “Roadside checks established that the Citroen hasn’t been insured since January 2023!
“The driver was charged with no insurance and the vehicle was seized.”
