The Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick is putting on a number of events and exhibits dedicated to marine habitats and climate change this spring.
The events include the WILD Exhibit, which will focus on the ongoing environmental challenges wildlife faces with the help of fun interactive elements, models and taxidermy displays.
The centre also sees the return of the popular live science shows, with Professor Egghead challenging audiences to live and think more sustainably.
A new science show called SucSEED will also educate children on the powers of the superhero plant seagrass and how it can be used in the fight against climate change.
Susan Davies, Seabird Centre CEO, said: “We’re delighted to host a full programme of events this spring. With something for every age and pocket, our team thrives on running fun and interactive sessions.
“As Covid restrictions continue to be eased, it means this spring is particularly significant.
“We can’t wait to engage with people at the centre and through community and science festivals across the country.
“Underlying these fun and interactive sessions is a serious message about the need to act now to address the impacts of climate change and loss of nature. We aim to spark ideas about what people can individually do to help nature.”
